Based between Cape Town, South Africa, and the UK, Connor will play a key role in delivering frontline support to our customers — ensuring every Integrel system performs exactly as engineered. From hands-on troubleshooting to guiding owners through their onboard power ecosystem, he brings the experience and calm confidence that make a real difference on and off the water.
Connor’s career started as a charter captain in Tortola, BVI, but his interest quickly shifted from sailing the boat to understanding how every part of it worked. That curiosity took him into engineering — first laminating to learn hull construction, then expanding into plumbing, deck systems, and mechanical fit-out. Eventually, the electrical side of the industry became his speciality, leading him from cable pulling to production management, where he oversaw teams delivering advanced marine electrical systems and developed his skills in detailed system design.
Most recently, he returned to sea as an onboard engineer — the point where Integrel re-entered his story. Having worked with our technology before, Connor was drawn to the innovation, reliability, and engineering challenge behind the Integrel approach.
With four Transatlantic crossings under his belt, a strong respect for the ocean, and a passion for problem-solving in real-world conditions, Connor brings a wealth of practical knowledge to support our customers and partners globally.
