Gebroeders van Enkhuizen becomes new Technical Partner in the Netherlands

Integrel Solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of Gebroeders van Enkhuizen (GVE) as a new Technical Partner in the Netherlands, further strengthening the company’s growing European partner network.

Based in Makkum, Gebroeders van Enkhuizen (GVE) is a highly respected Dutch family shipyard, specialising in refits, marine engines, technical installations and after-sales support across sail and motor yachts. Since 1992, the yard has built an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship and technical expertise. GVE is also the parent company behind Enksail Yachts, its semi-custom sailing yacht brand, alongside the Enkcraft and Sossego ranges.

As an authorised Integrel Technical Partner, GVE will provide sales, installation and technical support for Integrel’s product lines – E-Drive and E-Power – supporting yacht builders, powerboat builders and owners throughout the Netherlands. The partnership will initially focus on the growing demand for Integrel E-Drive hybrid propulsion systems.

The appointment follows the successful installation of Integrel E-Drive systems aboard the latest Enksail Halcyon 50 and Enksail Orion 49 – semi-custom sailing yachts built by Enksail Yachts, GVE’s own yacht brand.

These landmark projects represent the first two monohull sailing yachts in the world to be equipped with Integrel E-Drive, each delivering up to 15kW of onboard power generation alongside up to 20hp of electric propulsion. The installations demonstrate how E-Drive combines practical electric propulsion with industry-leading onboard power generation, enabling quieter manoeuvring, greater energy independence and significantly reduced reliance on traditional generators.
